Privacy and Terms

If you join Starlane Observatory, I collect your email address. That is the only personal information this site asks for, and it is used for one thing, sending you what you signed up for.

The site also measures anonymous, aggregate usage, things like page views and which country visits come from. No advertising cookies, no cross site tracking, no profiles.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never leaves it.

Two companies process data on my behalf, and only what they need to do their jobs.

• Vercel hosts the site and provides its anonymous, cookieless analytics.
• Resend stores the Observatory email list and delivers the emails.

If I ever add another service, an analytics tool included, it gets named on this page before it goes live.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works on the first click. I never sell, rent, or share the list with anyone. If you want your address and anything else I hold about you deleted, write to hello@michaelstarlane.com and it is done.

Nothing here is financial advice. I show you the numbers and where they came from, as they stood on their data date. What you do with them is yours. The site links to other websites, and what happens on those sites is between you and them.

This site is operated by Park Maxing, Inc., a Florida corporation. Who that is and what it owns is documented on the disclosures page. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida.
